Follistatin-344 is a myostatin-binding research protein used for lean mass potential. It is more advanced than a GH secretagogue and human data is limited.

What does it do?

Binds myostatin and related growth-limit proteins
Takes a brake off satellite-cell and muscle-growth signaling
Supports lean mass when training stimulus is already high
Used in short growth blocks, not as a recovery base
Can also bind activins, which is why fertility signaling is relevant
